Formula & How It Works

Ingredient Cost = Qty (g) ÷ 1,000 × Rate per kg
Cost per Unit = Total Cost ÷ Batch Yield
Sell Price = CPU ÷ (Food Cost % ÷ 100)

Worked Example

100 gulab jamuns: Khoa 500g@₹400=₹200, Sugar 200g@₹50=₹10, Ghee 100g@₹600=₹60 = ₹270. CPU ₹2.70. At 30% food cost sell ₹9/pc
